3 Ways to Use Salsa
Mac 'n' cheese? Sloppy Joes? Chicken Salad? You bet!
1/4 cup chunky salsa
12 ounces cooked chicken breast, diced
1/3 cup mayo
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper
Green leafy lettuce
Diced red pepper
Let's get Cooking...
Combine salsa, chicken breast, mayo, cilantro and salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Assemble the wrap - Start with the tortilla, add lettuce, drop in a few spoonfuls of salsa chicken salad, add diced red pepper and avocado. Wrap and enjoy!
