3 Ways to Use Salsa

Mac 'n' cheese? Sloppy Joes? Chicken Salad? You bet!



  • 1/4 cup chunky salsa
  • 12 ounces cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Tortilla
  • Green leafy lettuce
  • Diced red pepper
  • Diced avocado

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Combine salsa, chicken breast, mayo, cilantro and salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Assemble the wrap - Start with the tortilla, add lettuce, drop in a few spoonfuls of salsa chicken salad, add diced red pepper and avocado. Wrap and enjoy!
