4 in 1 Twist Pie

Give your flaky, shareable pastry a sweet twist with Nutella, strawberry jam, azuki paste and cream cheese.



  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 15g nutella
  • crushed nuts
  • 15g strawberry jam
  • coconut flakes
  • 15g cream cheese
  • dried berries
  • 15g anko ( sweetened adzuki bean paste)
  • sweetened chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Cut puff pastry into circles.
  2. Spread nutella, strawberry jam, cream cheese and anko paste onto the pastry.
  3. Top with crushed nuts, coconut, dried berries and sweetened chestnuts.
  4. Cut out a circle in the center with a round mold.
  5. Secure edges of pastry with a fork.
  6. Cut into 20 slices and twist.
  7. Brush with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C.
  9. Serve with ice cream and garnish with mint if desired.
