Potatoes 4 Ways

Think potatoes are boring? Think again! There's more to spuds than the old "boil 'em, mash 'em, stick 'em in a stew!"



  • 4 potatoes
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 lemon thyme stem
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Arrange slices vertically in a baking dish, and season with salt and pepper. Top with the lemon thyme and drizzle with half the melted butter. Bake for 45 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven, add the remaining butter and bake for another 25 minutes.
