5-Ingredient Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • ½ cup organic extra chunky peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ⅛ tsp baking soda
  • 1 ½ Tbsp unbleached all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. In a large bowl, break up the banana and peanut butter with the back of a fork until completely combined. Add the flour, baking soda and chocolate chips and combine.
  3. Roll into 2-inch balls, and press down on the baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until browned on outside and chewy in the middle. Let cool slightly before serving.
