Acai Berry Bark

Feel less guilty about eating chocolate – this bark is sprinkled with anti-oxidant rich berries!

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate

  • purple oil-based food coloring

  • 2 tbsp freeze-dried pomegranate seeds

  • 1/4 cup almonds

  • 2 tbsp goji berries

  • 3 tbsp coconut chips

  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp acai berry powder

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave at 30-second intervals. Place 1/3 of the chocolate in a separate bowl and dye it purple with oil-based food coloring.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the white chocolate evenly over the surface. Drizzle the purple chocolate on top and swirl with a knife.

  3. Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds, almonds, goji berries, coconut chips, chocolate chips and acai berry powder on top.

  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 15-20 minutes, until the chocolate has set. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
