Aguas Frescas 4 Ways

Cool down with delicious watermelon cucumber lime, strawberry mint and 2 more refreshing agua frescas!


Prep Time: 15 Minutes


  • 6 cups watermelon, chopped (reserve a few pieces for garnish)
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 2 limes, cut for garnish
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 6 cups water, divided
  • Ice, for serving

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Place chopped watermelon, chopped cucumber, lime juice, sugar, salt and 1 cup of water into a blender. Blend until smooth, working in batches if necessary.
  2. Add remaining water to fruit mix and chill for a couple of hours before serving. Serve over ice and garnish with a lime wheel and a watermelon wedge.
