Apple, Brie, and Cranberry Dessert Grilled Cheese

Have your lunch and eat dessert too with a hearty grilled cheese stuffed with apples, cranberries and Brie.


Servings: 2


  • 4 slices pound cake, cut in 3/4-inch-thick pieces
  • 2 to 3 ounces Brie, rind removed
  • 1 to 2 apples, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons cranberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Preheat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat. To a slice of pound cake, add some Brie, apple slices and a layer of the cranberry jam. Add another slice of the pound cake to top off the grilled cheese.
  2. Add butter to the pan, and grill sandwich until golden brown on both sides, about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve warm.
