Apple Pie Apple

You'll never guess how easy it is to turn an entire apple into a warm, sweet pie.



  • 1 apple
  • White chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten (egg wash)

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Scoop out the apple core with a knife and spoon.
  3. Stuff a couple of pieces of white chocolate, the sugar and the cinnamon into the apple.
  4. Lightly roll out the puff pastry and place the apple in the center. Make slits in the puff pastry, and wrap it around the apple, covering it completely.
  5. Cut out leaves from extra puff pastry and place on top. Brush egg wash over top, and bake for 60 minutes.
