Asian Steak Tartare

A nice light and tangy version of a meat tartare, a great small plate to serve at diner parties at home.



  • 180 grams of fillet mignon, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped capers
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped olives
  • 1/3 cup white onion, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 1/3 cup of cubed avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of regular soy sayce
  • 1/2 tablespoon of sriracha
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of french mayonnaise
  • 1 radish thinly sliced

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Mix the meat with the minced vegetables
  2. Mix all the sauce and salt and pepper together
  3. Place the avocado in a mold, add in the beef. Turnover and top with radish
