Avocado Acai Bowl

Save money with this cheap and easy acai bowl.



  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 1 medium avocado, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen acai (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon powdered stevia or agave nectar
  • A pinch of wasabi powder
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons roasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1 lemon for zesting, for garnish
  • 1 piece dark chocolate, for garnish

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Blend banana, avocado, acai, stevia and wasabi in a blender -- start with the banana and avocado on the bottom, and the acai, stevia, and wasabi powder on top.
  2. Immediately spoon into serving containers. Top with raspberries and pumpkin seeds. Add a pinch of lemon zest, and grate some dark chocolate on top with a microplane for a fabulous texture.
