Avocado Acai Bowl

Save money with this cheap and easy acai bowl.
1 large banana, sliced
1 medium avocado, diced
1 1/2 cups frozen acai (unsweetened)
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon powdered stevia or agave nectar
A pinch of wasabi powder
1/4 cup freeze-dried raspberries
2 tablespoons roasted pumpkin seeds
1 lemon for zesting, for garnish
1 piece dark chocolate, for garnish
Let's get Cooking...
Blend banana, avocado, acai, stevia and wasabi in a blender -- start with the banana and avocado on the bottom, and the acai, stevia, and wasabi powder on top.
Immediately spoon into serving containers. Top with raspberries and pumpkin seeds. Add a pinch of lemon zest, and grate some dark chocolate on top with a microplane for a fabulous texture.
