Avocado & Cheese Rice Croquette
These rice croquettes bring the rich, creamy deliciousness.
300 grams cooked rice
5 grams parmesan cheese
50 grams shredded cheese
25 grams cream cheese
1 egg, beaten
Panko bread crumbs

Mash avocado until smooth.
Combine mashed avocados with rice, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Take 1/6 rice mixture and put in the middle of a sheet of plastic wrap. Place shredded cheese and cream cheese in the center and roll into a rice ball. Repeat to make 5 rice balls.
Coat each rice ball with flour, then the egg. Finally coat with the panko.
Fry in hot oil until crispy and golden brown.
Serve with tomato sauce.
