Avocado & Cheese Rice Croquette


These rice croquettes bring the rich, creamy deliciousness.



  • Makes 5:
  • 300 grams cooked rice
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Pinch salt
  • Pepper
  • 5 grams parmesan cheese
  • 50 grams shredded cheese
  • 25 grams cream cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Flour
  • Panko bread crumbs
  • Tomato sauce

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Mash avocado until smooth.
  2. Combine mashed avocados with rice, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Take 1/6 rice mixture and put in the middle of a sheet of plastic wrap. Place shredded cheese and cream cheese in the center and roll into a rice ball. Repeat to make 5 rice balls.
  4. Coat each rice ball with flour, then the egg. Finally coat with the panko.
  5. Fry in hot oil until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Serve with tomato sauce.
