Easy Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Fruity, creamy and healthy, this simple to make mousse is guilt-free deliciousness.



  • 1 avocado
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 1/2 ounces soy milk
  • 3 ounces maple syrup
  • Optional toppings:
  • Greek yogurt
  • Mint
  • Pink peppercorns
  • Cocoa powder

Let's get Cooking...

  1. In a food processor, combine avocado, banana, unsweetened cocoa powder, soy milk and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into individual ramekins and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Sprinkle on additional cocoa and garnish with your favorite toppings.
