What's not to love about creamy and crispy avocado fritters?



  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Oil for frying
  • For the batter station:
  • 1-2 cups milk
  • 1 egg, beaten with a drop of water
  • 1/2 - 1 cup flour
  • Salt, to taste
  • For the spicy mayo dip:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime
  • Sriracha, to taste

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Dunk a slice of avocado in the milk, flour, eggs, and then back into the flour. Put the slices on a cookie sheet and then fry them!
  2. Make your spicy mayo dip by combining 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, lime juice, and however much Sriracha you like (depending on how spicy you like things!).
