Avocado Ice Cream
Make ice cream that much creamier with an avocado twist.
100 grams ice cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 mint leaves
2 tablespoons granola
Let's get Cooking...
Cut avocado in half and scoop out the flesh.
Combine avocado, banana, ice cream, lemon juice and mint leaves in a blender and mix until smooth.
Put granola into both avocado skins. Then pour in the ice cream mixture.
Put into the freezer until firm.
Garnish with your favorite fruits, honey, whipped cream and mint.
