Coconut & Avocado Milkshake

When you combine the richness of a coconut and avocado, the result is a tropical twist on the creamiest shake ever.

Ingredients

  • For the Avocado Shake:
  • Flesh of 1 avocado
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • Juice of ¼ lime
  • 1 ½ cups ice
  • For the Coconut Shake:
  • 1 cup young coconut meat
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • ¾–1 cup ice
  • Garnish
  • Tropical fruit skewers (mangos, lychees, pineapple, watermelon, etc.)
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Big straw

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Place all ingredients for avocado shake in a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
  2. Place all ingredients for coconut shake in a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
  3. Layer the shakes in a glass, alternating between avocado and coconut to create a cool pattern.
  4. Garnish with tropical fruit skewers, pomegranate seeds and a big straw. Enjoy!
