How to make Baci di Dama.



  • 30 grams butter, softened at room temperature
  • 40 grams confectioners' sugar
  • 15 grams almond flour
  • Vanilla oil
  • 30 grams chocolate, melted
  • Confectioners' sugar

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cream the butter until smooth.
  3. Sift together dry ingredients in a bowl. Add a few drops vanilla oil.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
  5. Once cookies are cool, sandwich the melted chocolate between two cookies.
  6. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar before serving.
