Bacon and Cheddar Potatoes
Cheddar potatoes with crispy bacon is pure comfort food.
4 pre-cooked unpeeled white potatoes
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
7 ounces cheddar cheese
5 1/3 ounces diced bacon
Let's get Cooking...
Cut the potatoes in a canoe shape.
Place the potatoes in a greased baking dish with olive oil and bake at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Arrange the potatoes on a plate and cover with warm cheddar.
Place crispy, diced bacon on top.
