Bacon and Cheddar Potatoes


Cheddar potatoes with crispy bacon is pure comfort food.



  • 4 pre-cooked unpeeled white potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 7 ounces cheddar cheese
  • 5 1/3 ounces diced bacon

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Cut the potatoes in a canoe shape.
  2. Place the potatoes in a greased baking dish with olive oil and bake at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Arrange the potatoes on a plate and cover with warm cheddar.
  4. Place crispy, diced bacon on top.
