  1. Bagel and Lox: Slice bagel in half and toast. Combine cream cheese and chopped dill. Spread on the bagel slices and top with smoked salmon slices, thinly sliced red onion, and capers.
  2. Pizza Bagels: Slice bagel in half and toast. Spread your favorite marinara sauce over the surface, top with shredded mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings. Place on a baking tray and bake until the cheese has melted.
  3. Bagel Chips: slice bagels into thin rounds to resemble chips. Brush the rounds with olive oil, place on a baking sheet, and lightly sprinkle shredded parmesan on top. Bake at 325°F for about 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with spreadable cheese or dips or your choice.
  4. Bagel Bread Pudding: cut stale cinnamon raisin bagels into cubes to make 3 cups. In a bowl, combine 1 cup milk, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. In small ramekins or one baking dish, add cubed bagels, chocolate chips to taste, and the mixture evenly. Add a pad of butter on top and bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and the custard is set.
