When there's cake, ice cream and blowtorches involved, we're there.



  • 150 grams vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
  • 150 grams strawberry ice cream, slightly softened
  • 150 grams chocolate ice cream, slightly softened
  • 1 sheet sponge cake (cut into a circle)
  • 3 egg whites
  • 75 grams sugar

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Line a bowl with plastic wrap. Arrange the vanilla, strawberry and chocolate ice cream in layers into the bowl.
  2. Top it off with sponge cake and freeze until firm.
  3. Beat the egg whties until frothy. Add sugar in three stages, beating between each addition. Beat until stiff peaks form. Place the mixture into a piping bag.
  4. Place frozen ice cream onto a serving plate and peel off the plastic wrap. Pipe the meringue onto the ice cream.
  5. Use a torch to to brown the surface of the meringue. Serve immediately.
