Baked Camembert With Mango Jam

Here is one of those lightbulb moment recipes. The person who first put a whole camembert in an over is a genius.



  • 1 whole camembert
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of coriander seeds
  • 1 whole yellow mango
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 baguette
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Take a whole camembert, drizzle it with honey and stud it with fresh rosemary sprigs. place in an oven at 180 Celsius for 15 minutes or until soft.
  2. In a pan heat up the coriander seeds with the oil until toasted. Add in a chopped yellow mango and some vinegar.
  3. Toss in the vinegar and honey, cook down for about 10 minutes on low heat. Season with salt.
  4. Slice the baguette and toast it in a pan with some butter.
