Baked Coconut

This sweet and simple 5-ingredient bake is a coconut lover's dream.



  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups grated coconut

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, coconut milk and milk. Stir in the grated coconut, then pour into a greased baking dish.
  3. Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
