Baked Croque Monsieur


How to make Baked Croque Monsieur



  • 6 mini brioches
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 slices ham
  • 100g grated cheese
  • 600ml bechamel sauce
  • 30g grated parmesan

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Cut the brioches in half and spread butter.
  2. Arrange the bottom of the brioches on a square platter to go in the oven.
  3. Arrange the slices of ham, grated cheese and cover with the top of the brioche.
  4. Cover with bechamel sauce on top and finish with grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake at 350ºF until golden brown.
