Croque Madame With Chicken

Make your brunch egg-ceptional with this cheesy chicken sandwich topped with a baked egg.



  • 4 bread slices
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of chicken breast
  • Béchamel (200 ml)
  • 100g grated cheese
  • 20g butter

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Place a slice of bread, béchamel sauce, chicken breast, cover with bechamel.
  2. Make a hole in the edge of the top bread and place the egg white on the inside, brush with butter and bake for about 15 minutes at 350ºF (180ºC) then put the egg yolk above.
