Make your brunch egg-ceptional with this cheesy chicken sandwich topped with a baked egg.



  • 4 bread slices
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of chicken breast
  • Béchamel (200 milliliters)
  • 100 grams grated cheese
  • 20 grams butter

  1. Place a slice of bread, béchamel sauce, chicken breast, cover with bechamel.
  2. Make a hole in the edge of the top bread and place the egg white on the inside, brush with butter and bake for about 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C) then put the egg yolk above.
