Banana And Dulce De Leche Pie recipe
3 1/2 ounces marie biscuits
3 1/2 ounces unsalted butter
2 1/2 ounces dark chocolate
3 1/2 ounces cream (20 percentfat content)
1 teaspoon of instant coffee
7 ounces dulce de leche
3 dwarf cavendish bananas
5.3 ounces cream (25 percent fat content)
1 tablespoon sugar
Cocoa powder to decorate

Beat the marie biscuits in a blender until it turns to crumbs.
Add melted butter and beat more to mix.
Place the mix in a springform pan and cover the bottom and sides.
Preheat the oven to 356°F and bake for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, add the chopped chocolate, 3 1/2 ounces cream and instant coffee. Place the bowl in bain-marie for melting.
Place the melted mix as the first layer of the pie. After, store in the fridge.
After the first layer is firm, remove from the fridge and add a dulce de leche layer and the bananas sliced in half.
Beat the cream with sugar to make chantilly.
Add the chantilly to the pie.
Finish with cocoa powder.
