Banana Date Smoothie Recipe

If you like thicker smoothies, then freeze your bananas before you make this. Another swap for a thicker/creamier smoothie is to use greek yogurt instead of almond milk.

Ingredients

  • -2 ripe bananas (frozen, optional)
  • -1/4 cup (or 5-6) pitted dates
  • -juice from half a lime
  • -1/2 teaspoon cardamom
  • -2 cups almond milk
  • -handful of ice cubes
