Banh Mi Pizza
Transform the Vietnamese sandwich into a shareable snack.
4 ounces Ground chicken
1/2 teaspoon Chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon Chopped lemongrass
1 teaspoon Fish sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
1 14-inch Pizza dough
3/4 cup Mozzarella
2 ounces Thin cucumber slices
4 ounces Pickled radish(Combine 3 cups vinegar, 2 1/4 cups sugar, 2/3 cup water, 4 cups julienne Daikon, 4 cups julienne carrots and toss together.)
1 Red chili, sliced
Let's get Cooking...
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
In a small mixing bowl, combine ground chicken and next 5 ingredients (til black pepper); mix well with a spoon. Set aside.
Unroll the pizza dough on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Sprinkle mozzarella and spread chicken mixture on the dough. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cool the pizza for 5 minutes.
Top with cucumber slices, pickled radish, chili and cilantro. Drizzle with mayonnaise, sriracha and maggi sauce. Enjoy!
