Ingredients

  • Pork Mix
  • 150 grams ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon bulldog sauce
  • 1 green chili, minced
  • 5 tablespoons minced chives
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Beef mix
  • 150 grams ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon bulldog sauce
  • 1 green chili, minced
  • 5 tablespoons minced chives
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Peanut oil
  • 1/4 cup rice wine
  • Sesame sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine
  • 2 tablespoons ponzu
  • 1/2 tsk sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Mix the beef and pork ingredients separately.
  2. Place little balls of the mix in the dumplings, fold and use some water to bind it.
  3. Fry the dumplings with some oil on one side, until crispy. Place the rice wine in the pan, cover and let steam for 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat without ever over crowding the pan.
  4. Mix sesame sauce ingredients together.
  5. Serve with some garlic chili sauce.
