Beef Pho Stir Fry

Pho-get what you've ever thought about stir fry — beef pho comfort you can make at home.



  • 150 grams Beef flank, sliced thinly
  • 100 grams Pho noodles, presoaked in water
  • 1/2 piece Carrot, sliced thinly
  • 1 bunch Kangkong, sliced in 3' length
  • 1 piece Bok Choy, sliced in half
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced thinly
  • 1 piece red onion, sliced thinly
  • 3 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • Salt
  • Peanut oil
  • Sesame oil
  • Black pepper
  • 1 slice lime

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Saute beef in a pan for around 2 minutes until brown. Pour in oyster sauce and coat meat thoroughly. Transfer to a bowl.
  2. In a wok, heat peanut oil, then saute the onion and garlic.
  3. Add in carrots and heat until half-cooked. Throw in the kang kong and bok choy, and cook until wilted. Pour some water and oyster sauce.
  4. Add the pho noodles and let it cook until they are slightly softer.
  5. Add the beef and some sesame oil. Finish with a bit of black pepper.
  6. Place in a bowl with a slice of lime.
