Beef Rump Sandwich
Beef Rump Sandwich recipe
1 tail of rump
4 tablespoons of mustard
2 tablespoons of chopped herbs
3 tablespoons olive
3 roasted tomatoes
1 arugula bunch
6 slices of tybo cheese
6 ciabatta bread
Salt and pepper
Let's get Cooking...
Marinate the tail of rump with mustard, olive, herbs, salt and pepper.
Seal all of its sides and cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
Toast the bread and roast the tomato slices with some olive and herbs.
Build the sandwich with the slices of meat, roasted tomatoes, fresh arugula, and tybo cheese.
