Beef Stroganoff recipe
Oil for sautéing
1.1 pound rump meat cut into strips
1 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 can peeled tomatoes
28 tablespoons of cream (25 percent fat content)
7 ounces Paris mushrooms
Let's get Cooking...
Fry the meat until golden brown. Reserve.
Sauté the onion and garlic.
Add the peeled tomatoes and cook until they come apart.
Place the meat in the sauce and add the cream.
In another pan, sauté the mushrooms and add them to the sauce.
Cook until sauce is thick.
Add salt to taste.
