1 small piece of fresh ginger
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 pinch of cayenne pepper

Boil your kettle and allow to cool.
In a tall glass, add a few slices of fresh lemon, a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, a pinch of cayenne pepper (to taste), a grating of fresh turmeric, fresh ginger and an optional teaspoon of maple syrup.
