Here are two simple Baymax cookie recipes for all you Big Hero 6 fans. Doesn't Baymax look exactly like a puffy marshmallow?
65 grams cake flour
90 grams cornstarch
45 grams cocoa powder
50 grams sugar
80 grams unsalted butter
30 grams milk
Bag of marshmallows
Black icing for decorations
Let's get Cooking...
Mix 65 grams cake flour, 90 grams cornstarch, 25 grams cocoa powder, and 50 grams sugar in the food processor on low.
Cut 80 grams of unsalted butter into smaller pieces and add them in. Mix until it becomes smooth.
Put in 30 grams of milk and mix.
Ball it up with your hands. Wrap in plastic wrap, and cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. (In the video, we placed it in the refrigerator after spreading it out to a 3mm thickness.)
Do a die-cut..
Bake for 20 minutes in the oven preheated to 180℃.
Cut the marshmallows for decoration, and heat them in a microwave oven. (When sticking it to the cookie, heat it in the microwave set to 500W for 10 seconds. When preparing the marshmallow to sandwich between the cookies, heat it in the microwave set at 600W for 10 seconds.)
