Chocolate Biscuit Lava Cake

Filled with fruit jam and chocolate sauce, this no-bake lava cake is a blast of creamy goodness.

Ingredients

  • 140g biscuit
  • 100g chocolate sauce
  • sprinkles
  • (sauce)
  • 80ml heavy cream
  • 40g chocolate sauce
  • 40g strawberry jam

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Put biscuits into a ziploc bag and crush until find crumbs.
  2. Combine crushed biscuits with the chocolate sauce and mix until combined.
  3. Line a mold with plastic wrap. Press mixture onto the sides with your fingers.
  4. With the leftover crumbs, flatten and mold into a circle to fit the top.
  5. Pour strawberry jam and chocolate sauce inside, followed by heavy cream.
  6. Place the round piece of pressed biscuit on top and press the edges together to secure.
  7. Carefully invert onto a plate and remove the plastic wrap. Top with sprinkles and enjoy.
