½ cup white sugar
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
3 tbsp buttermilk
½ tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
½ tbsp edible activated charcoal
Let's get Cooking...
Beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until frothy. Add the buttermilk and vanilla extract and mix until combined. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, charcoal and salt. Add to the batter and mix until combined.
Spoon about 2 tbsp of batter onto a waffle cone maker and cook for one minute. Roll it into a cone and keep on the cone shaping-tool until cool and stiffened, about 1 minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.
