Servings: 10-15 cones
2 large eggs
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
3 tablespoons buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tablespoon edible activated charcoal

Beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until frothy. Add the buttermilk and vanilla extract and mix until combined. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, charcoal, and salt. Add to the batter and mix until combined.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of batter onto a waffle cone maker and cook for one minute. Roll it into a cone and keep on the cone shaping-tool until cool and stiffened, about 1 minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.
