Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups warm milk
  • 1 egg
  • 7 tablespoons melted butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • 17 1/2 ounces flour
  • 1 yolk

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Add yeast, sugar, milk, egg, melted butter and salt to a blender and mix.
  2. Pour into flour and mix until dough forms.
  3. Knead dough, let rest for 40 minutes.
  4. Grease and flour a baking tray.
  5. Roll dough into small balls and place on tray.
  6. Brush with egg yolk and milk mixture
  7. Bake in preheated oven at 350F for 20 minutes.
