Blender Milk Bread
Delicious, soft milk bread - straight from the blender.
2 tsp dry yeast
1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 c warm milk
7 tbsp melted butter
pinch of salt
17 1/2 oz flour
Let's get Cooking...
Add yeast, sugar, milk, egg, melted butter and salt to a blender and mix.
Pour into flour and mix until dough forms.
Knead dough, let rest for 40 mins.
Grease and flour a baking tray.
Roll dough into small balls and place on tray.
Brush with egg yolk and milk mixture
Bake in preheated oven at 350F for 20mins.
