  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 4 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2-3 dates
  • 1 medium banana

  1. Place your milk into a blender, add your blueberries, strawberries and ginger.
