Brazilian Limeade


This is exactly what summer should taste like.



  • 3 limes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 pineapple, cubed
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 2 pineapples

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Leaving the peels on the lime, remove the white pith from the inside of the lime quarters. Blend to make a smooth paste. Add water and blend to combine.
  2. Transfer the puree to a pitcher through a sieve. The pulp will be remain in the sieve and can be discarded. Reserve the juice that lands in the pitcher.
  3. Add cubed pineapple to the blender along with the lime juice, condensed milk, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
  4. Remove the top of the pineapples and scoop out the inner flesh, leaving the shells of the pineapples intact to make large cups. Divide the blended mixture between the pineapples and serve!
