Elevate your average nugget game with fried-to-perfection Doritos-crusted chicken strips with a side of guac.
1/2 red onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 Brazilian aji pepper, chopped
1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
1, 10 1/2-ounce bag Doritos
1 chicken breast, cut into strips
1 cup wheat flour
1 tablespoon spicy paprika
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 eggs, lightly beaten

Cut the avocados, remove the pit (do not discard), remove the peel and chop into cubes.
Arrange the chopped avocados in a bowl and add the onion, tomatoes, pepper, cilantro and juice of half a lime. Mix thoroughly, salt to taste, and set aside in the refrigerator. (Tip: Store the guacamole with the core inside to stop avocado from becoming dark.)
Into a blender or food processor, add the Doritos. Crush into smaller pieces.
Season the chicken with salt.
In a bowl, combine the flour, paprika and onion powder.
Dip the chicken pieces in wheat flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally the crushed Doritos.
