Pancake Breakfast Milkshake

Start your morning with this delicious shake made with fresh pancakes, ice cream and maple syrup whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • Pancakes:
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp butter, melted + cubed butter for griddle
  • Shake:
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup vanilla ice cream

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Slowly add in milk, egg and melted butter; combine until smooth.
  3. Let batter rest 10 minutes.
  4. Use a ¼ cup measure to make pancakes. Flip when bubbles begin to appear.
  5. Add 2 pancakes, whole milk, vanilla extract, and vanilla ice cream to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  6. Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream.
