Baked Egg With Prosciutto

Cherry tomatoes, halved
Chives, to garnish

Preheat oven to 325°F.
Layer the bottom of your ramekin with prosciutto. Toss in a handful of halved cherry tomatoes, add an egg, and season with pepper and some grated Parmesan.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on how well-done you like your egg yolks.
Garnish with more grated Parmesan and chopped chives. Enjoy!
