Baked Egg With Prosciutto

A complete breakfast ... in one tiny package.



  • Prosciutto
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Eggs
  • Cracked pepper
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Chives, to garnish

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Layer the bottom of your ramekin with prosciutto. Toss in a handful of halved cherry tomatoes, add an egg, and season with pepper and some grated Parmesan.
  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on how well-done you like your egg yolks.
  4. Garnish with more grated Parmesan and chopped chives. Enjoy!
