Brie in Puff Pastry

This savory pastry is stuffed with melty cheese and sweet strawberry jam.



  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 5 ounces brie cheese
  • 3 1/2 ounces strawberry jam
  • 1 beaten egg

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Arrange one puff pastry sheet in a mold.
  2. Place the brie in the center.
  3. Place the jelly over the cheese.
  4. Baste beaten egg over the edges.
  5. Cover with the other sheet, decorated with little holes.
  6. Tighten the edges with the aid of a fork.
  7. Bake at 350°F until golden brown.
