Ingredients

  • 1 2⁄3 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1⁄3 cup cream (20­25% fat content)
  • 1 cup chocolate powder
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 yolk
  • 4 Tbsp sugar
  • Granulated chocolate and strawberries for garnishing

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Pulse in the blender all the ingredients, except the granulated chocolate. ­
  2. Pour the mixture in a greased cake pan with a hole in the middle. ­
  3. Preheat the oven to 356 degrees, bake in bain marie for 1 hour or until firm. ­
  4. Remove from the oven, cool and refrigerate for 3 hours. ­ Unmold and garnish with granulated chocolate.
