Place the condensed milk in a saucepan bring to a simmer over low heat. Add the butter and chocolate powder and stir until boiling begins. Add the cream and stir until it is ready to roll brigadeiros. Allow it to cool.

Grease and flour molds for petit gateau.
Pour the mixture into the molds and place a frozen brigadeiro in each.
Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 350 degrees.
