Broiled Skirt Steak

Steak with salsa verde will create a flavor party in your mouth.



  • 1 pound skirt steak
  • Salt and pepper
  • Salsa verde:
  • 5 to 8 tomatillos, peeled
  • 2 to 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 cilantro bunch
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Preheat a grill pan over high heat.
  2. Season the skirt steak on both sides with salt and pepper, and grill for 8 to 15 minutes depending on desired temperature and size of meat.
  3. Make the salsa verde. Add all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until chunky.
  4. Slice the steak and serve with the salsa verde!
