  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • Brownie filling:

  • 1/3 cup of Sugar
  • 1/3 cup of cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 cup of Butter
  • 35 grams Dark Chocolate, melted
  • 1 egg

  • 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
  • 2-ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Place all the ingredients for the cinnamon bun filling in a bowl and whisk together until smooth. Set aside for 10 minutes. Repeat for the brownie batter filling.
  2. To fill wonton wrappers place 1 tablespoon amount of either the cinnamon filling or brownie filling in the center and then dip a finger in some cold water and run it along the outer edge as glue. Be careful not to over fill. Bring the outside edges together to seal the filling within in whichever way you'd prefer but ensuring no filling can seep out. Place a small amount of oil in a saucepan and heat over medium. Place wontons in pan in a fanned out circle and cook until they've browned slightly on the bottom. Pour in 1/3 cup water and cover with a lid for 5-7 minutes or until all water is evaporated.
  3. For the cream cheese glaze combine all ingredients and blend using an electric mixer until smooth. Drizzle over the cinnamon bun potstickers and finish with a dusting of cinnamon. To finish the brownie potstickers drizzle with some hot fudge.
