Buffalo Chicken Bacon Poppers

Lazarus Lynch

This will be your favorite recipe, Buffalo Chicken Bacon Poppers.

  • 1 6-ounce chicken breast, cut into 1/4-inch cubes (about 25-30 pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce, (I like Frank's brand)
  • 12 slices thick cut bacon, halved
  • 1 cup, crumbled blue cheese
  • Toothpicks

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Soak toothpicks in water to prevent them from burning in the oven.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken with melted butter and hot sauce until well coated. Lay a 1/2 slice of bacon flat and fill with one piece of chicken, and one piece of blue cheese in the center. Fold the bacon over the filling and use a toothpick to close tight.
  3. Cook in the oven until the bacon is crisp and sizzling, about 25 minutes.
  4. Cook with soul. Eat with pleasure!
