Keep it simple and keep it sloppy with these campfire treats.
1 clove of garlic, minced
½ an onion, diced
½ a bell pepper, diced
salt and pepper
1 pound of ground hamburger
1 can of tomato sauce
Cheddar cheese slices

For the biscuits: unwrap the raw dough and lightly grease a cask iron skillet. Place the biscuits down and cover with tin foil. Bake on a medium heat (coals) until puffed and cooked through out. Flip halfway through.
In a skillet over coals drizzle a little olive oil and brown the ground beef. Drain off any excess fat. Add the garlic, onion and bell pepper as well as the tomato sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
To assemble, slice a biscuit in half and ladle over the sloppy joe. Top with cheese slice.
