  1. GREEK CHICKPEA SALAD:
  2. For the dressing, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar
  3. And oregano. Drain canned chickpeas and sliced black
  4. Olives. Mix with sliced cucumber, tomatoes, feta cheese
  5. Parsley, and the dressing.
  6. SARDINE AVOCADO TOAST:
  7. In a small bowl, combine lemon zest, lemon juice, red
  8. Wine vinegar, chili flakes, and sardines packed in olive oil
  9. And mix gently. Mash an avocado, spread it on toasted
  10. Bread, and top with the sardine mixture.
  11. CORNED BEEF HASH:
  12. Dice and cook potatoes until tender and browned.
  13. Saute chopped onion and garlic, and add canned
  14. Corned beef. Break up the meat with your spoon, and
  15. Allow to brown for a few minutes. Then add sliced
  16. Jalapeño. Serve with rice.
  17. AMBROSIA FRUIT SALAD:
  18. Combine condensed milk and whipped cream. Add
  19. Drained canned fruit cocktail, mix well and chill. Then
  20. Serve topped with slithered almonds toasted coconut
  21. Flakes.
