Capixaba Cake recipe
3 egg yolks
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups caster sugar
1 cup of warm milk
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder soup
3 egg whites
1 cup berry jam

Whisk the egg yolks with butter and sugar.
Add the warm milk and flour. Beat until smooth.
Add baking powder, mix.
Beat the egg whites and add them.
Arrange in a greased and floured pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 40 minutes.
Serve with a berry jam.
