400 grams flour
40 grams soft butter
1 teaspoon yeast
210 milliliters of milk
1 teaspoon salt
10 grams white sesame
200 grams of crushed tomatoes
150 grams grated mozzarella
1 bunch basil
20 grams of pine nuts
Let's get Cooking...
In a food processor, combine flour, milk, egg, yeast, and salt. Let the dough rest 30 minutes. Then divide it into 8 slices and flatten into a circle.
Combine in a bowl the tomatoes, grated mozzarella, basil and pine nuts. Sprinkle the dough and close it. Brush with milk and top with sesame. Bake 20 minutes at 350°F/180°C.
