Ingredients

  • 400 grams flour
  • 1 egg
  • 40 grams soft butter
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 210 milliliters of milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 10 grams white sesame
  • 200 grams of crushed tomatoes
  • 150 grams grated mozzarella
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 20 grams of pine nuts

Let's get Cooking...

  1. In a food processor, combine flour, milk, egg, yeast, and salt. Let the dough rest 30 minutes. Then divide it into 8 slices and flatten into a circle.
  2. Combine in a bowl the tomatoes, grated mozzarella, basil and pine nuts. Sprinkle the dough and close it. Brush with milk and top with sesame. Bake 20 minutes at 350°F/180°C.
